Creative Tactic - LO’L Cribs
My key contribution to the last leg of this campaign was the creation of LO’L Cribs, inspired by the beloved MTV show Cribs. By leveraging this nostalgic reference, we effectively engaged our target audience of millennials. This advertisement highlights farmers and their families, showcasing their farming operations while emphasizing fun and quality time together. We aimed to spotlight Land O’Lakes farmer-owners who prioritize their products, families, and communities, all while presenting a relatable and family-orientated narrative.
There is an excellent opportunity to pitch the inspiring stories of Land O’Lakes farmers to local news programs. These farmers operate generational farms dedicated to supporting their fellow farmers and their rural communities. Land O’Lakes farmers need to gain recognition as heroes in rural areas. By initially implementing this narrative on a smaller scale, Land O’Lakes can evaluate its impact before presenting it to national news outlets.
